The reason i have been having problems is because i didn't clean my gun as i didn't know how to or even that i had to, we all learn from mistakes in life. If i had known i wouldn't have been having these problems.
Doesn't mean I'm bad at tanning or not good enough to be a trainer i just didn't know that i had to clean it out, which i'm sure Anne will cover on Wednesday
If I'm totally honest guys i am a little upset with this as your kind of making me feel like I'm really not good enough and that i shouldn't be allowed to even tan let alone teach others.
I know im not a bad tanner at all its just not my fault that i didnt know that i had to clean it
Even if this was not taught to you by your trainer you do get a manual with all and any spray tan equipment and it is clearly written in the manual about it needing cleaning.
I'm not worried about you spraying others but if im honest,
yes i am worried about you teaching others,
and i am worried about you and how you are going to cope,
trainees fire all sorts of obscure questions at you that you may not be prepared for for one thing,
how will you manage your panic/anxiety attacks if you get a tricky trainee or a class full of trainees,
do you hold any teaching qualifications ?
when you are teaching someone a new skill (any) like spray tanning there is so much more to it than showing them how to apply a spray tan and then letting them have a go,
poorly prepared trainers give the industry a bad name as well as getting themselves a bad reputation and i would hate to see this happen to you as you come across as having quite a delicate personality and confidence problems already
