Depends what brands you use. You can find out the cost per service for each brands product from them.
You surely know what's in your acrylic as you have msds sheets?

Firstly cost will very much depend on the brand and suppliers you use.
Secondly 'acrylic' has more than one component and the content should have been covered in your training. If not contact your supplier requesting msds.
Smell and how it is managed will be dictated by your working methods. Again good practice to reduce odour would be covered on your course.
