Its great that you stuck to your guns. Judging by the picture is hair is absolutely destroyed!
I had a client who's always been a full head blonde who went back to her natural copper over the summer. She 'topped it up' (her words) with a box colour when her roots came through and following that, had the strongest band I've ever seen! Coppery roots, a bright red/orange band and soft blondey-copper ends. She came back and asked for me to bleach it back to her original blonde colour and I refused. The band was too strong to even attempt an even clean full head blonde and she wasnt prepared to pay for my suggestion, (lifting the band, followed by toned down highlights and a flood colour) and has bleached it herself. Its come out okay (still bandy) but so many things couldve gone wrong, I'm glad I turned her away! She's not been remotely as smarmy as this guy though
