Put my offer to the estate agents for a shop - soo excited! It's very small, so I'm looking for inspiration! If anyone has any pictures of their set ups in your small salons I would appreciate it! Or even if it's a home salon or a cabin either way

Can anyone help me out? I'm a lash tech looking at renting space in my studio. Anyone have any info re % hire, referral fee's, shared products etc.
I have a studio so we would be in the same room when we are both in. Anyone share a studio currently and have any tips etc? Or set up photos??
