Acrygel enhancements snapping

Hi guys,

I have recently done a acrygel conversion coarse with michelle porter, and up to now havnt really had any problems, but a client came back the other day after 4 days after having a full set, the night before she said she had a bath (as normal) and the next day she had water log (had advised top coat when applied to seal) and then randomly she said all the white tips started shattering from the tip and the acrygel started cracking....
Someone said it could be due to the fact that the primer isnt good, or if on this occasion i did something wrong i dont kno but ive never had this problem before?
It also seems to take 40+ mins to file and soak it off using mp tip remover, any suggestions?

Hi, I use Michelle porter acrygel, they are hard to remove, I file them right down then use acetone to soak nails in to get the remainder, so natural nails not damaged!
