Hi I've been doing an apprenticeship since September 2010. I am coming to the end of my training but dont feel confident to go straight to work. Since working in the salon I've only ever had training twice both times on my mum for a cut. Apart from that I've learnt everything else I know from college. I expected to get a lot of in salon training but I have had minimal. Has anyone else had this problem? What training do you get in the salon? X
