Just thought id give you an update,

I bought the above product and used it today at the wedding, it helped loads but I still didn't manage to get it exactly how I wanted it. Make-Up looked great though & she was happy so still a good result, shame we've had such awful weather.

Glad it helped:hug:

hi,

i have a pot of orange eyeshadow that i scrape/blend into foundation, STRANGE!! but orange combats dark eye pigmentation. really.... it works a treat and doesn''t look cakey! xx

hello,
My experience of dark circles stemmed from when i was about 5 years old, i am very fair with thin fragile skin around the eye area. From the age of 12 (after being made concsious of it by everyone i met, "you look tired" all the time"I used avon concealer to try and cover it up. Over the years ive found that the more you try and cover it up the more you draw attention to it! Ive been for many make overs thinking they will be able to cover up my dark eyes, but its never happened. Now i realise it is about colour correction , you need a concealer with a yellow/orange base to counteract the blue/purple tone around the eyes, and only apply lightly wear the colour correction is needed. You need to look at the person and see the shadows, then correct shadows not entire eye area, the make overs i had done just applied concealer all around eyes thus drawing attention to the problem, I am a great fan of Estee Lauder Double wear concealer and clinique concealer all about eyes ,as it stays put!.:)

Hello , i know how you must feel , i am the same , i found that Estee Lauder uncircle worked for me until they discontinued it! Now i use the advanced night repair eyes by Estee Lauder, if used correctly (a very tiny grain of rice size for both eyes) morning and night i found my dark circles less noticble, however only concealer can discuise them. I found that it was me who was focusing on them and not other people, i guess we all have our hang ups!

I know its make up but you could still try wearing just an under eye concealer, the JI one is so light and natural I even get my boyfriend to wear it on nights out and he was really impressed with it !

why not just put a wee bit of make up on to disguise it aswell as using a good eye cream.

Make sure you gently work from the inner corner of the eye to outer, this will drain any lymph and help reduce puffiness not sure about darkness tho!!

Sumones already mentiones hemaroid cream havnt they?!

Thanks girls
I have never been a big makeup wearer, i have nothing against it, the most i wear if i go out is mascara so the truth is i wouldn't know where to start with concealer or foundation lol
I will try the Estee Lauder creme and see if that helps if not its off to the chemist for pile creme lol
