OMG... I am my way
I posted on here a while ago, moaning about my weight. Did a bit of toning and circuit training and just stayed the same weight.
Then I found a brilliant trainer. I signed up and committed to the five day a week training, for two months,
one hour sessions, started with twenty minute uphill walk on treadmill, 20 mins cross trainer, 20 mins on rowing machine. Next day, 5 mins extra walking.
I was coming out of the gym glowing red and sweating, which is new for me.
I am now on day 8, I did a 50 minute RUN today and tomorrow I'm doing the 1 hour RUN!!!
I have lost about 7 pounds after 8 days, (even tho I'm not allowed to weigh myself..yeah right)
I have been following a low carb diet, but it does have one baked potato and odd slice of whole meal bread. But mostly fish chicken and veg
