Which would you recommend? And do they actually work?

Neither, in short.

There's only one product called Olaplex that links broken disulphide bonds within the hair. It's has its own specially patented ingredient that no-one else can legally copy.
Everything else with 'plex or phlex' in the name is just a cheap copy that can only condition the hair.

Olaplex isn't a conditioner. You still need to use moisturising conditioners as well as Olaplex for dry, damaged hair.

I personally use Olaplex so often that my hair is probably made of it by now haha, it's really a wonder product.

I have read rumours though that Fibreplex does in fact work in the same way, and it was produced as a copy of Olaplex before the patents were filed. I mention this only as it's easier to get hold of and cheaper and some people are really struggling to get Olaplex. I have no evidence to support this, but there are people who can't get their clients on Olaplex and maybe this could be a useful measure.

Lisaplex I assume is a copy that's just a conditioner as Haircutz says.

It was brought to our attention a good few months ago that fibreplex is in fact repackaged olaplex, because olaplex didn't have the worldwide patent in place just yet it was easy for schwarzkopf to steal the formula.

Now that the patent is in place, I imagine olaplex took action and in doing so fibreplex is no longer the same formula.

We use fibreplex and the stuff is amazing don't listen to the olaplex lovers

How is it rude? I'm just stating a fact having tried and tested both. I'm sorry if it offended you but all olaplex user claim nothing comes close when fibreplex is just as good if not better as there is less work involved

'Don't listen to olaplex lovers' you're effectively encouraging people to ignore and dismiss a lot of users on here. I haven't told anyone to ignore fibreplex users, thats fine if you want to use it but I won't force what i believe onto others and be discriminative about. What i will do is educate so people can make their own mind up.

I'd just like to point out that olaplex have a patent on their chemical formula. The only product that claims and actually can link broken disulphide bonds is olaplex due to the active ingredient bis-aminopropyl diglycol dimaleate. Now IF fibreplex still has their original formula then it will be as effective as olaplex, however given the fact olaplex likely took legal action I'd assume anything fibreplex does is purely cosmetic.

In my opinion Olaplex is one and only. As for everyone else they can make their own minds up after using the product(s).

Thank you guys [emoji4]
