How do you define bikini waxing on your brochure?

I price my bikini wax 'from.....' so I can charge accordingly. Strip either side is the cheapest, in a bit and across the top is a bit more etc.

I don't currently offer brazilians/hollywoods but when I do, I plan to offer a set price for those with a slightly cheaper price for those that come regularly as I can only think that brazilians/Hollywoods have to be a hell of a sight easier if people don't wait til you can't see the wood for the trees (so to speak).

However, I'm prepared to accept that it all may change when I've done my training!!!

I've debated that the idea of regulars coming back and after first time getting it lower priced

however what put me off was that it would take roughly the same amount of time and theres always those who abuse it and mightn't come back for months and expect at lower rate

the only way I guess would work is if they got that lower rate within the 4-6 week timescale? what do you think?

I did one of me regular extended bikinis as a practise Hollywood this week and she has already booked in for a full paying one in 5 weeks time - loved it and loved the way we did bum area as she said previously in salons she had been afraid to ask if they did it

Why do you feel the need to give them a discount? They will be happy to pay your price if you do a fab job.

I've not long trained with Kim and so I decided I would do an introductory offer for just 1 month, I said when I put the offer on that it will be the ONLY offer I ever do on brazillians/hollywoods and I mean it, I will not lower my prices now, regular or not I will offer the same personal service (mobile), I will use the same quality waxes & products, I will use the same amount of wax and take the same amount of time so why should I give them money off for having the service they want regularly?

I wouldn't get a discount for getting my hair coloured ever 6 weeks, or for getting my nails done every 2 weeks. I would go and get my hair done every 6 weeks & I would book my nails in again for 2 weeks time because that is the recommended return time, the same should be true of waxing, they want to be hair free so they book in & they pay the price it costs.

I don't do discounts as they all become regulars so you'll basically be charging all of your clients less every time. No! £40 Brazilian every time and nobody says a word. They will appreciate that you do a great job.

I only trained with Kim in August and my 1 month offer was my practice time, I am still slower than I aim to be but I expect that with a new treatment and being mobile doesn't help with speed sometimes (setting up your stuff in other peoples homes means your not always able to have things where you'd like them to be & your ever mindful of not getting wax on their carpet while you work etc...).

I have done no services for free. I didn't get to do as many as I'd have liked within my 1 month intro offer BUT I am confident I can do it (& was from the day of training) so I just book plenty of time out for the service & go for it.

The treatment was advertised on my website & available to book on my 1 month special introductory offer price before I even trained, I allowed a few days after training for my orders to arrive (I trained on 14th & first available date was 19th).
I wasn't 100% sure what I would need to buy until I trained - but I knew I wanted an adjustable height (light) portable couch, a fold away table, a small bin & extra waxing products. After training I decided to get another heater, pots to hold my spats & strips, test tubes to sterilise my tweezers on the move & new Tweezerman tweezers.

I personally have 3 specifics. Bikini, Exotic and Brazilian. I dont feel the need chop it up any further as one more or one less strip doesnt change much for my cost or time and clients love that it is simplified. My bikini will take off sides and off the top just up to a regular panty line, the Exotic removes everything up to the labials, and Brazilian takes off everything, and the price doesnt change with a strip or no strip
