How many clients per day?

Hi! i was doing some similar budgeting for a new spa i am starting and was stuck when it came to estimating number of clients. Below are my details:-
Spa is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm all days including Sundays.
We have 1 massage room with two beds and another with a single bed. In addition to this, we have a meditation room and sauna room that can fit 3 people each.

Treatment 1 -30 min
Treatment 2 - 60 min
Treatment 3- 180 min
Treatment 4- 30 min
Treatment 5 - 90 min
Sauna+ Jacuzzi- 30 min
Meditation room- 30 min
Please help me in calculating the number of clients i would get per day. Currently i was working on the estimate of 12 per day... is that too optimistic?

Hi Maria
Ive just came from a Spa and we estimated 8 clients a day with working hours of 10-6 so I think 12 is reasonable (depending on their treatment time) I hope it goes well for you x

Hi

If it’s for a cash flow budget, I would underestimate the number of clients and overestimate the costs for the first year.

Hopefully you’ll get to 12 per day but not straight away?
