Welcome to the forum. I would suggest that you check with the manufacturers instructions or your training manual regarding timings. Your client could have coarse ,thick and straight lashes which would need the longest timings possible. Have you removed all the natural oils, make-up and such like so that they were dry to start with?
My own daughter in law has such lashes and they grown down to add to the difficulty. Persistence with the lashing tool and glue should help.
Check the batch number with the manufacturer and as long as you have not purchased from a rogue supplier it is probably down to your technique.
I'm in the dark really as to the Nouveau brand as I don't use it but there may be another Geek whom can help you. Personally I would not lift again so early on but it does seem to be like it was a fail. Wait a couple of weeks before attempting to re-do them but get some advice first from Nouveau as you wouldn't want to put your business at risk.
