I done a colour correction in the salon today took her from a level 6-77 to a clean 9-0 but she wants to go lighter still. Was just wondering what the best way to do this was while keeping the strength in her hair?

Yeah I used that the first time and I will be using it again. I'm just wondering should I highlight or lift the full head?

I'm not that experienced with olaplex so I don't want to push it.

If you highlight it won't be 1 even colour all over and you'll have to go back through picking the darker back out. If you don't think the hair can take more bleaching don't do it even with olaplex

I agree use Olaplex, but understand there is a limit to the lightness hair can be, if you get her to white, you will NOT be able to tone the hair, you need yellow pigment in the hair for the dyes to attach to. Pale yellow, the inside of a banana is what you should bring her to and then tone it from there.
I use Olaplex in all my clientele.
