Mood Polish in a Gel?

The mood polish that changes with body temperature I read about on hear somewhere.
Does anyone know where to get it from ?
Better still- does it come in a soak off gel ?

Never used the mood polish but just wondered if anyone had any thoughts on it as i'm hoping to go to Olympia & put it on the shopping list if you geeks think it is any good ?
