Rent a beauty room or not

Hey everyone I’m just after a little advise I have 2 children 7 and 2, I came straight out of training and had a little girl which made me go mobile to work around her, I got very popular even having to turn people away, I then had my second child and lost all my clients. so my question is... is it worth renting a room in a hair and beauty salon?? The salon it’s self has a small amount of clients
I’m also curently on benefits and would just like to no how to go about it
