She didn't come in the end and we fell out and haven't spoken since :-( We weren't agreeing on rent etc.

I'm really sorry that you lost a friend but probably better at this stage than it dragging on and affecting the business.

That's what gets me about some friends, they expect to pay less. I have friends in business and I insist on paying the correct amount, I don't want my friends to suffer financially because of me...
