Hi,

I'm after some more advice!!

I want to send some discount vouchers to my local Slimming World/Weight Watchers Groups, which the group consultant can either distribute to those who want them, or use them as a kind of incentive.

I've emailed both Slimming World and Weight Watchers to ask if it's ok to do this, but had no response.

I've got the addresses of all of the venues, but only have the phone number of the building that it's in, not the number of the group consultant. I was tempted to send some vouchers but there's about 50 different venues where I live, and some have more than 1 meeting each day.

What's the best thing to do? I'd love to be able to go to the meetings and introduce myself but I hate speaking to groups of people (lack of confidence, but I'm working on it!!), and most of the meetings are in the evenings which is when I'm working mobile anyway.

Is it worth me just posting some vouchers (between 5 and 10 per venue) and see if I hear anything back??

It's probably better to actually go to a venue 10 minutes or so before the meeting and talk to the host. You'll probably find that one host does several different classes, so you'll be able to knock several off your list in one go.

I would look on Slimming world/weight watchers web site and get the contact number for the leader, often a leader runs more than 1 class so would be better to contact her and she can tell you which venues she covers.

It have been going to weight watchers for nearly four years and I think the best thing to do would be to contact the leader and see what she has to say.

I sit in a group of about five of us and the girls I sit with would welcome something like this.
