I have 4 new clients to spray on friday so really need to know what to use...i allready have sienna x in or buy nouvatan to use on them so i keep my clients :)

I have been spray tanning for 4 years using Sienna X for at least 3 with no problems at all.
I have had very good client feed back regarding the longevity and how it fades and have regulars who come weekly for their top ups.
You need to contact the clients and ask what they thought about the tan and was there a reason why they haven't returned.
I wouldn't jump to change your product until you find out why they are not returning

Thank you, yeah maybe your right i will ask for feedback, i just dont think its lasting very long even on myself but thanks again:)

Have a look at the Organics range at WOW that is going on a lovely colour and it goes on dry as well and now they have 8%, 10%, 12% and also 14% in it. Clients are raving about the colour they go. Lasts for good two weeks when looked after and alot have said they haven't had the patchyness as it wears off as well.

Hiya,

You're mistaken if you think everybody you spray are going to become a regular customer.

Most of them will be after just one spray tan, for a special occasion etc. Then there's another big percentage, of tanners, who trawl the likes of Facebook and Gumtree for the latest 'bargain' and will drift from one special offer to another, without any loyalty to just one therapist.

Hi jess, i know not every one will come bk but i have had ppl saying they'll be back & havnt so i thought it was sienna they didnt like but thanks to earlier advice i think i'll stay with sienna to see what happens :)

I agree with what has been said, your clients may well come back before their next big night out or the next wedding etc they have coming up. Not all spray tan clients will be back for regular tans, doesn't necessarily mean your solution is to blame.

You are obviously still getting people booking in so unless business dries up altogether i wouldn't fret too much.
