St.Tropez was the choice of fashion label Erdem, charging the tanning expert with the backstage task of creating glowing skin for the models at its London Fashion Week S/S 2011 show yesterday.
Nichola Joss headed up the skin finishing duties at the Montreal-born designer's show. Her brief was to create a look that captured the healthy, dewy complexion of being outside, or more succinctly: "running about in the wood", Joss confirmed.
A light tan was created using the Wash-Off Mousse and the new Illuminator was applied to provide an ethereal look that conjured images of "naughty summer nymphs and fairies flitting around an English garden". Joss added: "A hint of rose on the cheeks gave models that Cate Blancett look from The Lord of the Rings."
