nearly every word can be construed in a condescending manner.
I love the movie "Barbed Wire" with Pamela Anderson, she usually killed anyone that called her "babe", her coinphrase was "don't call me babe", you gotta watch this movie, it was so under-rated.

As far as anyone calling me "HUN", i thought it was an innocent spelling error and they forgot to add the "K" :lol:

You forgot p1sshead !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LMAO HUN Im only joking :hug:xxxxx

Oh yeah. You and Dee call me that. In fact, that is how Dee addressed my christmas card last year!:lol:

I only use it on here and in texts. Thinking about it, I tend to use it to convey that I'm either concerned about the person (if someone is having a hard time, etc) or when thanking someone to show I'm really grateful. Weird, eh? :green:

In "real life" I usually call my female friends 'sweetie' and male friends 'darlin'. Don't know why.

I get called, by various friends, the following:

treacle, sweetie, gorgeous, trouble (male friend)
Annie (I'm an orphan :lol:) (girl friend)
pickle, sausage (landlord:eek:)
darlin (pub landlord)
Sally pants (male friend)
salstar (boyfriend of friend who calls me Annie)
dude (my boss:eek::eek:)

And they're only the ones I know about!:green:
