Hi can I ask how you all tone your foils as I if your doing bleached foils then need to tone then do you do it as your rinsing them individually etc? Thanks

I take all foils out if no All over color, rinse wash wring out water and tone right in the bowl, then lather it up rinse and condition.

What colour are you trying to achieve? A dark biscuit blonde?

Client wants the foils white I said that'll be hard to achieve as she has red in her hair so she understands it will be a working progress so just lookimg to get them as light as possible xx

It's not a working progress if her natural is 3/4 it will never be a nice blonde or healthy for that fact. She will get a biscuit caramel but that's it hun x

Hello people I'm just back from clients house her hair was in such a state it was multi colours of red coppers pinks u name it she had it the condition was terrible so I said I was only willing to darken it and do conditioning treatment and she was delighted with results thanks for your help can always rely on you geeks :)

the only way to tone highlights really is toning the whole head, unless you know exactly where and how you placed them (i.e. bigger slices, placement colour).then you would be able to go back in and pick them out.
