i have had the egg pot waxing system for about 18 months and i love it its just like phd or austrlian bodycare but with the advantage that you can pull out your tubes and than put your pot wax in.
and iam a fan of tube/roller waxing i use it for almost any area but i still prefer spatular on intimate areas and the face (lip/chin)
I use a regular wax heater and spatuala. I think that the roller wawers are great but if you're delivery of cartridges is late, then you need to be confident waxing with a regular wax. xxx
I think that waxing is becoming more and more specialised so one wax does not fit all.
I like my roller with honey wax in for legs and large areas i like the little tiny roller with honey for eyebrows and lips.
I usually use creme wax and spatula for basic bikinis and under arms but recently used film wax on under arms and bikini, as i am looking to go a bit closer than traditional bikini and want it to be as painfree as possible.I am having very good results with this wax and my clients do say it is more comfortable. The wax queen or axiom will be able to advise you more on the film wax as it is Perron Rigot and they are trainers.
I have 2 pots of their strip wax to try but havent yet as i am still using up my other pot.
I also have a pot of strip sugar wax that i use on one client who gets dreadful ingrowing hairs if i use anything else ..and ive no idea why.
Answering as a mobile therapist i find roller wax great. It heats up quickly and is less messy than using pot and spatula wax.Im using the hive system at the moment but have used phd too in salons i have worked in which is good too.
