Thank you, yes it is. Took me ages to get the blue colour, I did 2 coats of cream puff, pressed a light blue eyeshadow powder into the second cured layer, top coat and cured, then glitter then another top.

Not ideal to have so many layers but the blue glitter I bought at Beauty uk was disappointingly see through.

I've got a bit of a mix going on at the moment. Had 4 nails done at the dashing diva stand at beauty uk on Monday. Couldn't get near any of the other stands to have demos done.

On my left hand I have a metallic nail, dd design fx, dd virtual French which I've added shellac mop, blue gems and shellac tc too. DD French wrap which has chipped. I then added a bling appliqué to my thumb that I bought from Sally's a few weeks back.

Right hand I decided to try some of my Martha Stewart iridescent glitters. Ive used them before for Rockstar, matching the colour and was disappointed cause it just looked green. Have done it this time on top of beau and looks fab. Think these ones look better on top of a light colour such as beau, negligee, m&r etc. Still has a slight green tinge but can actually see the colour this way round.

Did u find that the "bling" of the design fx sorta spreads after u apply the gel coats? I was noticing ur thumb. Mine did this. Still looks great.

Clear coat of gel and cured for 2 mins then stuffed my nail in a bag of beads and volia :wink2:

lol...then tided up side wall and flattened beads with a finger put a small amount of clear gel on free edge and over entire surface - sort of poking in between beads, really gently so you dont move the beads to much. HTH x
