Used Shellac Cerulean Sea last night with some of the new additives. Obsessed with this collection! Then my little girl wanted in on the additive action so I used the same colors for polka dots and used Jeni Smith's YouTube tutorial to make the shellac cabochons. Used some Paradise additives for those also.

Did you paint the nail blue then put the neon all over the nail, placed top coat, cured and wiped or did you paint blue, cure, top coat, wipe, paint creme puff, put on neon, cured and wiped?

I hope that backs sense.
