Loved this yesterday on a client, shellac with foil on accent, I'm so proud of her as she was a client that used to bite her nails and we did a biters plan that worked... She is going to a big do today and she can't wait for friends she hasn't seen for 8 months to see non bitten and girly nails (her words not mine)

Did you paint the nail blue then put the neon all over the nail, placed top coat, cured and wiped or did you paint blue, cure, top coat, wipe, paint creme puff, put on neon, cured and wiped?

I hope that backs sense.

Is this meant for me? If so, I did 2x cream puff, cured, applied the bright additives, did a coat of Clearly Pink, cured, applied the blue. The cured layer of clearly pink makes perfecting the blue design easier.

Thank you, these are silver stickers I found in a discount store, not sure if they are for nails or scrap booking/craft, but they worked well in the gel.
