Ok, I'm trying to clean out the freezers so I need some good ideas to use up some meat.

I've got several portions of diced lamb and I can't think if anything summery to make.
Shepherds pie or lamb hotpot are too wintery for eating now.

I'm having a mental block. Any ideas?

Lamb kofta kebabs with pitta bread, hummus (is that how you spell it?!) and a Greek salad with Feta cheese??!

Now you have given me a craving for lamb kebabs with grilled veggies (with olive oil and sea salt, cant be too healthy), toasted pitta, greek yohurt, cucumbers... mmm

Lamb and okra stew with tomatoes, rice and a Greek yogurt on the side is also a great summer dish. My family is Greek so we can eat lamb and yogurt with pretty much anything.

I'm having aubergine stuffed pasta with chorizo, and a smokey red pepper and chilli pesto. Not sure if its really pesto once you take out the cheese, garlic and basil but it still tastes good

Lamb curry? Lamb Moroccan style with some fruity couscous lamb skewers with veg kebabs on the Bbq or grill

When you bake it's not got all the preservatives in so it won't stay fresh for long hence why we must eat it all quick as we don't like waste lol
