You need to find the middle ground

I used to have one biscuit or open a bag of crisps like u and have a 'few' and then feel like I've let myself down so therefore I may aswell eat the whole bag
Then feel rubbish. One extreme or the other. U prob finished the bag by the time u read this but don't feel too bad your human we all do it. I had two magnum almonds last night lol [emoji200][emoji200][emoji200][emoji200][emoji201][emoji201][emoji201][emoji201][emoji201]

I have a bbq tonight [emoji122]cannot wait. Maybe also a bottle of wine after a shocking day

I'm letting the side down so bad I've not updated this in ages!

Went for afternoon tea in a lovely vintage tea room today - we ate one slice of this between us, were defeated by the second, so I got to bring home the beast in the pic below.

Geeks, I give to you the mojito cake (raspberry sponge, lime butter cream, and I'm sure there was some rum in there too ;) ). Absolutely amazing!

I love it and it's one of my favourites to make. I've a 3 pot slow cooker so I make the basics, meat and all the veg then out in in 2 pots. Then add herbs, garlic and sun dried tomatoes and passata to one for spag Bol and spices, brown sugar and beef stock to the other for chilli for my son.
Rice pudding, banana loaf or chocolate cake in the other. All done in the morning so no mess at dinner time!!

Spag bol... have you ever tried putting marmite in it? It doesn't make the sauce taste like marmite, it just makes the flavour that bit deeper. Ooh, yum - if I wasn't so full of cake, I'd be having spaghetti for tea!

I've just ordered a shish kebab with extra garlic mayo on a naan bread! Shouldn't be eating that but I've had a bad day!

Super healthy day today... All bran breakfast (the one loaded with sugar).

Half a banana (only the good half) and a yoghurt for lunch.

And pilchards on toast for tea...

Not on a diet. But if I carry on like this I'll be super duper skinny soon!

I'm very all or nothing, so you're right. You're also right about finishing the bag [emoji33]

Thank you for making me feel not toooo bad lol

I've done 2.5 weeks of eating NOTHING naughty all totally healthy no cakes/biscuits/pastry/bread/sweets/choc and have lost 4.5lb so I've splurged today, but it's a one off, back to healthy tomorrow

I'm the same. One extreme or the other. Either really good or that's it it's a bad eating day just cos I've had a few malteasers lol

Apparently it's ok to have a biscuit and perhaps have another and maybe one more and then stop and feel content and not think too much about it. Yea it's a working progress [emoji12][emoji12]
I've got 2 fresh boxes of the almond magnums and is it bad of me that I've hidden them behind the big bag of ice in my freezer so the brats don't find them

I loved canned fish on toast. I haven't had that for years.
