working hours

Hi Geeks

do you stick to set working hours ? I am not busy all the time with only a few clients a week (still new to business about 18months), so I find that I am doing hours all over the place to suit my clients.

Do you give yourself hours that you work and stick too ? or do you try and fit clients in whenever ?

Hello, im a new business too, only opened in December and I find that I am opening to suit the clients. I decided to open slightly later during the week but dont mind staying open till later and on the weekends we have opened earlier to suit clients. I think if you want to show that you have a good business and to gain the clients, you do need to be flexible. Hope this helps xx

I do have working hours on my website 7 days a week 9am-8pm

But i dont really stick to them hours (i work home based)Iwork the appointments around what im doing some days i cant work until 8pm have to finish earlier.
