Has anyone used these products on clients hair extensions? I've seen mixed reviews but they seem to do some good offers on them. I'm only starting out and although I love Lush-us products in my own hair, I think I would really struggle to add £40 on top of the price I already charge to fit clients extensions.

Any info on X-10 products would be much appreciated x

I always get my clients to purchase a mini kit to start with - washing once a week gives them plenty to see them to their first maintenance app by which time, they have fallen in love with it and order the maxi kit :D xx

Do you mean the Lush-us mini kit? I had just wondered because a full size kit from X-10 works out only £1 more expensive than the lush us mini kit! I'm starting to wonder if there was a reason behind it being so cheap! ;) x

I was told by my trainer ( trained with Lush-Us ) that using Lush aftercare products guarantees the hair for 3 months also which is a fantastic way to market it to your clients. Yes it is £40 extra but if they buy herbal essences or another forumla which is not made forLush-Us hair and it goes wrong in some way, they won't get any joy from Lush themselves as far as replacement hair goes etc xxx

Thank you, I think I will state this to my clients saying that if anything goes wrong with the hair as long as they use the products I 'give' them that their hair is guaranteed to last the full three months. This should hopefully help them when they see I'm £44 more expensive than those around me who don't offer any aftercare products or brushes etc. Thanks again x

No prob hun :D

I usualy offer it as a "hair and fitting X amount" and optional aftercare available - they sign the Lush-Us disclaimer on consutlation form to say they have refused aftercare products.

I then offer a "package" which includes luxury aftercare kit and 1st maintenance appointment :D xx

I used x10 in my hair and I didn't like it love lush xx

hiya i really dont like the x-10 range however i do like lush-us.

i now offer the luxury after-care as part of the package as thats your guarantee with them, and though i am more than a lot of other girls in my area (think full head for 150 no after-care) my girls are loyal and i do get a decent amount of recommendations, and at re-application they get the chamce for reduced price aftercare, oh and a half head application they get the shampoo/brush/conditioner set, and a 1/4 head thickening (usually sides only!) get a mini set x
