Well new year new start for me.
I would like to be able to sit down with no bra on and my tits not to touch my gut.lol
I would like to put a pair of pants on and my ass not to be hanging out the bottom.lol
I would like to get up off the sofa with my dressing gown on and my ass not to be eating 3 quarters of it lol.
I would like to have a bath and not be touching the sides when I lay with my arms down by my sides.lol
I would like to put on my jeans that my mum bought me for christmas and be able to get um over my BIG FAT ASS lol.
I think were all in the same boat by the looks of things girls I just need to exercise that's my problem I just can't be bothered.
I was laying on my mums bed Christmas day and she has a big mirror on her dressing table and I caught a glimpse of my ass in the mirror and I said to my mum my god look at my ass it's huge I've never seen it in this angle before,my mum could not stop laughing and neither could I but it's made me think I have got to shift the pounds I used to be so skinny 3years ago a size 8 and now I'm a 14 and I hate it but like it sometimes.I mean I have a cracking rack on me and a small waist but it all goes horribly wrong from the hips down and me arms lol.
Good luck girls I'm hoping to get down to 10-12 3stone to loose. Xx
This may have been said already Buuuut rather than crash diet do it the longer route for longer results (Its not actually any longer) eat healthy and excersize! !
Also why start tomorrow?? If you want to change do it today!!

I've started today been really good, currently making soup whilst my low fat sausage casserole cooks in the oven building up the courage to go running in the rain though
I've got a bunch of stones and some lbs. to lose.
I started this morning...I'm off and running, well not LITERALLY but I will try to get my big bum on the treadmill, later.
2013 is OUR year! :hug:
