I'm 5'4 but too scared to get on the scales as I'll have to admit that I'm a tubster! When I was younger I could just do a bit of exercise for a month and the weight would drop off. Now that I'm in my 40s I've got middle-aged spread!!
One year we were invited to a wedding abroad. All my husbands work friends were invited too. Yikes did I diet then! I was thin and fit (Atkins worked for me then even though I'm veggie). I think I went to about 8 stone.
So what I'm saying is that I need some real motivation. Part of me knows I'm overweight but the other part thinks I can get away with it. If I knew I was going on holiday or something like that I would feel that I had something to work towards.
It'll be great to hear all your success stories and feel inspired.
