Well new year new start for me.

I would like to be able to sit down with no bra on and my tits not to touch my gut.lol
I would like to put a pair of pants on and my ass not to be hanging out the bottom.lol
I would like to get up off the sofa with my dressing gown on and my ass not to be eating 3 quarters of it lol.
I would like to have a bath and not be touching the sides when I lay with my arms down by my sides.lol
I would like to put on my jeans that my mum bought me for christmas and be able to get um over my BIG FAT ASS lol.

That really made me laugh, especially the dressing gown bit rofl

I would like to say goodbye to my bingo wings, Buddha belly, thunder thighs and badonkadonk. 2013 is the year where I make them disappear. Time to get serious.

I'm not even kidding you I have to fight to keep the last quarter on my top half because my ass is trying to munch that bit to :lol: I try telling it not to be so greedy but it just dosnt listern :lol:
 
Well nicks not much help! Come home with a kit Kat chunky! It's been divided between 3 kids lol
 
Ok so we all feel the same but what's the solution?
I'm looking at the leftovers and thinking if I can make a proper meal of it I'll eat it. If its just pudding or treats- give it away- or throw!
I hate wasting food too but if its going to make me fatter not fitter what difference does it make if I eat it or throw!
 
My Resolution too is to give up 1 thing that's made me fat and begin 1 thing to make me fit- just haven't decided what yet lol! X
 
I'm also feeling yuck! To many tempting things in the house. I can't do much exercise as I have ME so really need to put the breaks on and stop eating g rubbish as I feel uncomfortable unless I'm in my leggings which is no good. 2013 is a fresh start as I moved to the country so time to look after myself and tone up x x good luck girls x x

I've forgot his name but he talks about eating yourself slim, and a few tricks like only eat till your satisfied not full, chew your food properly, only eat when your hungry, if you want chocolate ask yourself if you really actually truly want it etc may work for you hun x

lols i hear ya but if you're happy with yourself then you've no need to worry about dieting and weight loss

its more for us who are cringing as we push into our clothes and have to open buttons so we can sit and feel the rolls smothering us :):)

i think if people are happy with themselves then crack on dont feel pressure to do anything you dont want to
 
I'm 5'4 but too scared to get on the scales as I'll have to admit that I'm a tubster! When I was younger I could just do a bit of exercise for a month and the weight would drop off. Now that I'm in my 40s I've got middle-aged spread!!

One year we were invited to a wedding abroad. All my husbands work friends were invited too. Yikes did I diet then! I was thin and fit (Atkins worked for me then even though I'm veggie). I think I went to about 8 stone.

So what I'm saying is that I need some real motivation. Part of me knows I'm overweight but the other part thinks I can get away with it. If I knew I was going on holiday or something like that I would feel that I had something to work towards.

It'll be great to hear all your success stories and feel inspired. ;)

Stick a few pics from that holiday EVERYWHERE ... On the fridge, in the car, in your purse... On the bathroom mirror ... That'll spur you on xxx
 
No, I need to stop! I want to be able to find healthy food that I actually like and enjoy eating but the truth is I don't enjoy it as there's always something missing.

I did low carb a few years ago and it was the only time I properly lost weight, but it went too far and I ended up losing my boobs (that was weird!) and also gaining a Deirdre Barlow neck. I couldn't see it coming, but my friends did and I never took any notice as I thought they were being over the top.

I just want to be normal, but I love stodge!
 
Yep I'm with you all here... I lost 2 & 1/2 stone last year, went away in nov for a fortnight and put 3lb on and have put about another 3lb on over Christmas yikes ... My aim is to get to my original target which I was only 8lb from before Christmas, so should be approx 11lb off by end of jan ... I WILL GET THERE!

The best motivation for me is already how I feel and look after looking back on last Christmas photos ... Hey fatty bum bum xx

Forgot to add that I'm a weight watchers girl too xx
 
There with you guys I have about 3 stone to lose and I've started today have also decided to give up smoking - as soon as I get my 6 wk postpartum check up I'm going walking with baby and dog mum got me the hairy dieters book and I'm going to be using it alot!!

I think were all in the same boat by the looks of things girls I just need to exercise that's my problem I just can't be bothered.

I was laying on my mums bed Christmas day and she has a big mirror on her dressing table and I caught a glimpse of my ass in the mirror and I said to my mum my god look at my ass it's huge I've never seen it in this angle before,my mum could not stop laughing and neither could I but it's made me think I have got to shift the pounds I used to be so skinny 3years ago a size 8 and now I'm a 14 and I hate it but like it sometimes.I mean I have a cracking rack on me and a small waist but it all goes horribly wrong from the hips down and me arms lol.

Good luck girls I'm hoping to get down to 10-12 3stone to loose. Xx

My New Years resolution last year was to lose stones in weight and I've done it so u can too xxxx
