As you can see they are very different glitters x

Great, thank you for posting this to compare.x

Is this Rockin Red layered with Hot Red?
If so, which way round.x
no I mean, here is rocking red, next to hot red in the polish bottle so you can see what the colour it is.

Hmmm not much difference between Orange and rocking red it would seem.

Thanks so much for sharing, your nail art is amazing!

WOW! These are amazing! Is the black and the white also gelicure or did you use nail art paint/pens for this? Really lovely work :O

Just as a matter of interest, does anybody have Sparkler AND Waterfall from the Light The Sky Collection..? I have Sparkler, and Warerfall is the only one that I don't have, but I think it's a bit pointless to have both? Xx

Hi!

I struggled with the choice between the two and opted for Silver Waterfall, and love the results.

This is it over the top of A La Mode

Hope it helps you x

Hi i have been using Gelicure since i did my course in november and i love the products, theyre amazing and last very well.

I see that in a lot of other systems they have more choice of colours and wonder if any geeks out there know if i can use other brands, such as Gelish colours alongside my gelicure prep, prime, base coat, top coat etc..?

I dont really want to buy a whole new system if i can just use them alongside what i already have?

Thanks

Gelicure are one of the very few that do matching polish. It's a great retail product & a comfort to the client in case they have an accident between appointments.

I tried Gelish with my Gelicure base and top and it doesn't go on properly, the top coat was ok but the base isn't sticky enough for the gelish colour to stick to. I just bought the gelish base and top as well. U can't guarantee the product on clients if u don't use the whole system. X

These are amazing!!! x

Have been to look at the new colours today. For me red is too similar to sexy red.

Think I'm going to get raspberry, Orange and purple.

I'm looking for a deep/bright blue'ish pink.

Like NSI's Balance - Sangria.

Been playing with my new colours!

Hi Gelicure geeks.
I have been doing Gelicure for a while and I am booked onto a workshop day in may but I am after a bit of guidance...how thick or thin do you do your coats??

For basecoat - i take of as much as I can from the brush to do a nice thin coat - but sometimes find I have to put a bit more on my brush to cover it all properly and cap

First coat of colour - I do the same as the basecoat, take of as much as I can - but feel I spend lots of strokes covering the nail. is this right?

2nd colour coat - this is where I can't make my mind up - do I take off as much product on the Gelicure brush as I can? Or how much do I load? Sometimes find my colour looks a little patchy and have to do a third.

And topcoat - take off as much as I can on the brush? Or load more?

Sorry for all the questions, but just have recently been doubting myself, this is why I am finally doing the workshop.
Thank you very much!

Hi

are your nails lasting? if yes then no probs

I would be a bit more generous perhaps with the first colour layer you dont have to be excessively stretching it as much as base coat

Re the patchiness - i do find some of the colours bit watery so make sure and roll the bottle every now and then to keep colour blended

perhaps you could go bit thicker on your layers if it patchy

but sometimes i do 3 colours if i think its needed but tend to avoid due to times longer

and the top coat im more generous than the base - i almost apply like colour layer and find mine last ages

the course is brill, like you i got some experience with gelicure then did course and found got loads out of it

im ordering some new colours today... soooo excited
