Got a text this morning from her to say that two nails have chips at the free edge. A day after 2nd application! About ready to scream. Never ever had this before. What do i do!?

Hi Frankie is your clients nails and skin particulary oily ? This can sometimes be the reason for Gelicure not lasting my trainer advised me to apply prep 2 to whole of the nail in this case and worked a treat . Just another idea x

Thank you for this tip! Does this not make removal really difficult? Or not when its still oily under? How do you know when the nails are oily? What do you look for?

When I had a client that peeled I buffed her nails, then wiped with acetone, then used step 1 and then step 2 all over the nail. It lasted 3 weeks after that and the first time it had peeled after 1 day.

I didn't know about this, I will have to take a look. I have just bought Gelish LED Hard Gel, but I wanted a soak off really.

How are you getting on with your Gelish Hard Gel JuicyLucy? Is it easy to buff off?

Did you use a hard gel before it? (I have been using NSI Balance)


Do Gelicure/Nubar do one too?

Hi no the clients I do it on myself included have oily nails and skin so it is not too bad to get off a little longer than normal but as they are oily this helps to remove anyway x

Just as a matter of interest, does anybody have Sparkler AND Waterfall from the Light The Sky Collection..? I have Sparkler, and Warerfall is the only one that I don't have, but I think it's a bit pointless to have both? Xx
