In my regular job I stand on hard floors for 10 to 12 hours a day I have found custom orthodic inserts to be very helpful. I just recently wore new shoes to work and was getting foot pain which was lasting 24 7'when I remembered to reinsert my orthodics the pain went away in about a week I had a 90 percent improvement. I would suggest you see a foot specialist to have these custom made they make a huge difference.

Noodle did you get your slippers?

Noodle did you get your slippers?

I've been wearing them about a week.

There's been some improvement, but the pain hasn't totally gone yet :(

I've had this for 8 weeks when my son was born. Doctor said pregnancy caused it! Anyone else got it because of pregnancy? X

Did it go off on its own jadecoral? X

I still have it if anything it's getting worse xx

Found this on groupon x

Update: ITS ALMOST GONE!!!

I live in fear of it returning though and am staying in heels most of the time

There was a large clunk in my hips yesterday morning [emoji15] but since then that whole area has been a lot more comfortable

What the hell is going on

I made the mistake of walking around barefoot a home for a couple of hours, and that was enough to trigger it :(

However, back to wedges and low heels, and it’s on the mend again.

It seems once you’ve had it, it doesn’t take much to set it off again [emoji51]
Hope you’re better now
