Ask to see the paperwork?
Hi there,Hi Guys,
I'm a trained beauty therapist who has zero experience with hair and I decided that I would have some hair extensions fitted as a treat to myself, sadly I'm now suffering!
I've been scouring the Internet for the last few days as I've had quite a severe reaction to some pre bonded hair extensions I had fitted less than 2 weeks ago.
My scalp is so sore that I can't even brush my hair and I have several bald patches.
The itching is so bad that I'm almost in tears
They weren't cheap, but I'm more concerned about my poor natural hair and scalp!
I have quite thin natural hair and to be honest the colour of the extensions doesn't really match my natural colour.
I followed every piece of aftercare advice and even bought the recommended shampoo and conditioner from the hairdresser who fitted them.
I'm desperate to find out what could have caused this problem, I've attached some photos and any advice would be very warmly received

Hi there,
The sections are very untidy and some of the hairs look like they are crossing over should not be in the section, this would cause a lot of pain.
I think your problems are down to fitting and I would have the removed asap.
I'm trained in extensions and to be honest if a client of mine sent me pictures like that I would be absolutely
Mortified !! Her response as another poster has said is childish and very unprofessional ! She should be embarrassed at her work !! I really feel for you it looks so painful , at least they will be out tomorrow ( easy for me to say ) Xxxx
How did you pay? Cash or card. Get a friend to make a fake booking and find out her registered address.
Is she actually for real?' I've had a think about the documents and being newly pregnant I don't want to feel stressed and belittled over this, so is that ok if you proceed without sending anything sorry? I'm very proud of my business and work and take offence to critism, even if it is the first time since 2007. Thank you'.
Is she actually for real?
What on earth would she need to be stressed about if she genuinely feels she's done no wrong?
I'm not an extensionist or a hairdresser for that matter but I can tell a mile off those 'sections' haven't been sectioned! Wow, no wonder you're in pain..
Oh my, poor you and your scalp. I can't believe how unprofessional she is being. No way should you feel like your in the wrong because you queried the issue with her. I hope you get sorted. Update us
