Thanks girls. I think I have been spurred on after looking at the before and now pics of me that I put on here.
I can see a difference in me and I think it's given me even more of a boost to shift those extra pounds and a bit more and get to goal.
Woop woop! Looks like the exercise paid off! I've just dug some b4 and so far photos of me, it really does give you that push (had a bad day yesterday)

2nd week weigh in & lost 2lb so 8 in total........very pleased! Long way to go though but so far so good.....although i am missing my heaped plates of mash (used to live on that at SW!).
Good luck this week KayaPapaya! - i didnt go out this weekend so think thats how i managed to loose....maybe a different story next week :biggrin:

Hello fellow weightwatchers,
I forgot to post last week and I have lost track of what week I am on. Its either week 14 or week 15 anyway this week I lost 3lb.
My total loss so far 2 stone 2lbs.
Keep up the good work everyone!
