Week 10 = 3lb loss
Total loss to date 22lb (1 stone 8lb)

well done baggybear, i only lost 1/2 a pound last week and 1lb this week. i know its still a loss but it is coming off really slow now.

week nine total loss 20 lbs x
 
My scales don't tell me anything less than a whole lb. I have digital scales but they just do stone & pounds.

I did consider buying a WW scale to see the lower weight loss but decided I didn't want to spend that much on a scale so I just live with knowing each whole lb off.

I do a cheeky weigh on Wed lunchtime and then I know if I need to stay after aquafit on Wed night to do extra lengths of the pool to ensure I lose a min of 1lb each week.

I do find that the exercise is helping me to lose weight these days rather than just sticking to the WW rules.
 
Week 5 -2lbs :) (total 12.5lbs)
 
Hello everyone! First week on Weight Watchers and lost 7 1/2 pounds. I'm trying to lose 15 lb but my true struggle is maintenance. Ive lost the 15 pounds probably 20 times. I have never ate better or enjoyed my food more. I've had pizza and a piece of homemade cake and frosting. I don't feel deprived at all. Lovin' it and lovin' life! The garden veg soup a god send at 0 pts.
 
That's the key alright. Just start tracking your points.
 
Week 6 -l lbs yay :) so 13.5lbs so far
 
Week 10:
3.5lbs loss this week, I am chuffed to bits!!!

Total loss so far 23.5lbs

I am starting to see my cheekbones again lol
 
Well done everyone, I have just started with the at home. Can I ask do you eat all you 49 points or are you suppose to only have them if needed? Do you still have weight loss with scoffing the 49 points?

I don't use my 49 points at all if I can help it. I feel that I would not lose weight if I had all those extra points. I manage to loose 2/3 lb every week by sticking to my daily points.

I have had weeks where I have been naughty (in the sense that I have gone into my weekly allowance but nowhere near used it all or gone over it) and I have found that I lose less weight.

Take this week for example I had a chicken korma and a peshwari nann (no rice) for tea on Mon night as a treat which I believe are 24 points and 18 points respectively and this week I have just the 1lb loss where I was good last week all week and I lost 3lb.

Oh now I don't feel so piggy, are you still achieving a weight loss? How much have you lost?
 
I tended to eat all my 49pts and still lost 2-3lb a week, even when I was getting down to the last few lbs when I expected my losses to taper off I could still eat my weeklies without it affecting my loss X

How much have you lost? Did you have a lot to lose? Love this thread such a positive one and people doing so well.

I had about 2st to lose and I lost about 22lbs in the first 9 weeks, then had a couple of months break and lost the last 6lb in 3 weeks X
 
Well done everyone! Your all doing so well.

This is the last time I say this.. I've started weightwatchers 'again' today.

I'm weighing in at 12st 11lb, I'll be getting weighed every fortnight, next weigh in Friday 14th September,

Id like to lose another 30lb then I'd of lost 50lb in total.

Awwww its si good to see everyone doing so well :)

Well just come back from a week in Cyprus and put on 2lb which doesn't surprise me, so now the hard work to loose it again
 
I've lost 13.5lbs in 6 weeks, so basically a stone x
