Week 4 = 1lb loss
Total loss to date = 10lb

I forgot to add that I started attending sessions at the gym last week. I am doing 2 aquafit classes a week and am going to introduce an easy circuits class soon too.

I've got to somehow lose 14lb in 18 days (cut a long story short) I start my Ivf treatment next month & on my next nurse consult (5th august) I have to have my bmi at 30 or below. which means I've got 1 stone to lose. Hate the fact it's SO strict, it's probably going to do me more harm trying to lose this last bit of weight than if I kept it on! if that makes sense.

That's the main reason I've been dieting/gym & lost 18lb but went on holiday & for some insane reason i have been off track for the past 2 weeks since i got back.

Im so stupid as I knew this appointment was coming up it's just come round so much quicker than I thought it would (been crying like an idiot for days) whats set me back is apparently I put 8lb on whilst on holiday :sad: i genuinely dont know how as i dont drink alcohol & ate fairly reasonably whilst away. If id not put that on in turkey I wouldn't have this full 14lb to lose.

I daren't get on the scales either :( as if the number is any worser than it was the day I come back I'm likely to just go ahead & throw myself under the next large bus lol

Ive got slim fast which I've started today for the next near on 3 weeks,. Let's see if some miracle can happen between now & then & I can budge this 1 stone. x

Edit to add - when I go to my appointment & my bmi is say 30.8 or 30.9 that doesn't matter as they still class it as 30 so I can actually get away with losing 12lb & not 14lb, not that that makes it any easier lets be honest lol x

I joined weight watchers for the second time last week and have lost 2lb in the first week. Feel better in myself and not as tired.
 
Had my first weigh in tonight, Have lost 7lb :)

mine wasn't as bad as I thought. That 8lb I put on while on holiday disappeared over night so I'm assuming it was water weight & because I was due on period. :D

I was 13st 0lb on my last weigh in (4 days ago) so I'm probably less now as have really stuck to dieting this week.

I think I actually look like a Cheshire cat today :D so proud of myself. I've been putting the effort in at aquafit classes and sticking to my daily points and it seems to be working.

Thank you ladies, still grinning but not quite as much now as I've not long got in from the gym and I'm aching a bit. I think I've shocked myself at just how much I am enjoying working out, I don't enjoy going to the gym all that much but I'm loving aquafit and feeling the benefits too.

Looks like your all doing fab! Well done!
I Managed 2 loose 1.5lb this week, back 2 been focused! :)

Well done ladies. Doesn't it feel good to see the numbers on the scales going down. :lol:

I am trying to stick to a weekly weigh but I do sometimes jump on the scales to check progress and am quietly pleased with myself if I have lost a little bit and if I am the same weight it makes me feel I need to put more effort in at aquafit or be a little more careful with my points to make sure I get those numbers down.
 
It's a great feeling baggybear.

I do think you have to be really motivated though as one little slip up can put the most of people permanently off track, that's how I use to be. But now if I have a bad day, that's all it is a bad day.. before if I slipped up I'd give in & say oh sod it I'll start again next week (hence the reason I ended up fat in the first place) lol now if I'm bad I try & put it right straight away!

Are you sad like me & get majorly excited for weigh in day? :D I specifically got the bus 30 minutes into town today after an 8 hour night shift & only 3 hours sleep, because i just HAD to know what I'd lost lol

I should really buy some scales for home but I know if I do it'll become a daily weigh in xx
 
As I'm doing it at home alone without membership I have to weigh myself so I bought myself an electronic scale so there was no chance of me misreading it.

I sometimes find weigh day a bit scarey cause I really want to see the numbers go down and I find myself disappointed if they stay the same so I tend to fight the urge to slip by cursing the said food that is tormenting me lol.

I have just had my first actual slip though - I've eaten my sons 2 KFC chicken breast as he didn't want them and they smelled soooo yummy. I did have a few of today's points left and I never use my weekly point so I'm telling myself it will be fine so long as I behave again instantly lol.

Ive just lost 13 & 1/2 lbs in 4 weeks doing weight watchers its my 5th weigh in this evening i think i might have lost another pound or two (fingers crossed). I lost 7.5 lbs in the first week and have lost between 1 - 3 per week since and will be quite happy if that's how it continues that way, just nice and steady. I just followed the plan and cut out junk food completely and the weight has just dropped off me, the best thing about it is I'm actually eating more now than I was before (just eating good healthy food now) and I am full of energy.

Lee-Anne welcome to the thread and well done on your weight loss so far. I weigh in tomorrow lunchtime and I had lost 1 stone at weigh in last week (week 6).
