i put on 0.5lbs this week :( my leader says it's normal after a big loss, I hope I lose it again! x
 
Lee-Anne welcome to the thread and well done on your weight loss so far. I weigh in tomorrow lunchtime and I had lost 1 stone at weigh in last week (week 6).

Thank you so much, its so good that this thread is giving support to so many of us. Just been to my weigh in this evening and lost 2.5lb so thats 16lb's altogether up to now. So far so good and well done to everyone that is losing, lets keep supporting each other xx

I don't have a target weight, I have a target clothes size :lol:.

When I started I was in a size 22 trousers (I had to go out and buy shorts to go on my girly holiday in May and I looked like this :eek: when I couldn't get into a size 20 and had to go up to a 22). I am now back in my size 20 clothes (with a bit of room :lol:) but I want to get down to a 16 possibly a 14 (I will know when I get there as it's about how I look more than what the scales say if you know what I mean).

I keep being told that I never looked a size 22 (and people are genuinely shocked that I was in a 22), because I am 5 8" and have a decent size chest (DD) I look in proportion but am a pear shape. When I started WW 7 weeks ago I weighed 16 stone 5lb.

I think I have about 2 maybe 3 stone more to lose but because I'm going to the gym to tone up and get fit while dieting I do expect to build muscle which weighs more than fat so as long as I get to the size clothes I want (14/16) and I look good then I will be happy no matter what the scales say.

Just as the title says, just wondered how everyone is getting on with their diets?

I am 6 weeks in and have lost 18 & 1/2 pounds so far! Im starting to struggle a wee bit but the thought of getting into my bikini in October is keeping me going lol.

Week 8 = 1lb loss
Total Loss to date = 17lb (1 stone 3lb)

I am very happy to have lost this week as I went to a friends birthday party and ate & drank lots, I also had a naughty moment with some KFC lol.

Hi all, just thought I'd pop in, I've been on WW for 10 months and nearly at my target tho just can't loose the last 6lb or so lol been stuck for 8 weeks and just can't shift it, I know this is partly due to having a op on knee which means can't get around like before, but so frustrating, tho have lost a lot over the time, WW is so good.
 
Well done Maz I'm sure you will hit your target soon, just keep strong.

Stayed the same again....

Driving me nuts, it must be lack of excercise, hopefully that will change soon..
 
Well done to all you ladies for sticking it out, you've all done so well to stay on ww, I must just be a weakling lol because I can't get my head set on dieting at the minute.

Soon as I woke up this morning, bag of crisps & choc bar :eek: it's disgusting that I ate that for breakfast. not very nutritious is it

I'm starting this ww thing again on Sunday, might aswell have my take away tomorrow night. get some healthy good shopping in tomorrow & start fresh. I'll update on my next WI x
 
Lush Lash do you know you can still have a Chinese take-away and stay within points.

I treat myself to Chinese now and again and I still manage to lose weight every week.

Chicken & sweetcorn soup... 6pp
Chicken & cashew nuts....... 9pp
Chicken with mushrooms...... 8pp
Mushroom chow mein.......... 6pp
Mushroom foo yung............. 6pp
Roast pork cantonese style.. 10pp
Special chow mein.............. 9pp
Veg curry.......................... 8pp
Lemon Chicken................... 10pp

So you could start tomorrow and still have a take away (provided you like chinese of course lol).
