Hi girlies I have done ww and it's the best plan out there I have lost a massive 37 1/2 lbs that's nearly 3 stone it took me under a year.... Keep going and you will get there x
Forgot to add last Thursdays weigh in. Oooppps.
Week 2 = 1lb loss
So total loss so far 6lb

I think find it a bit easier than the old plan but it's not that different really.Hoping to start weight watchers in a couple of weeks, I done the old plan a couple of year ago...what's the new one like?

I'm now disappointed as I checked and your right, sweetcorn, peas and broad beans have to be pointed :twisted:Was really good today day 2 except made a corn on the cob to go with my dinner and am now 1 point over as I didn't realise they are 2 points each ��.. Thought all fruit and veg was pointless ?? Anyway I've just counted it in my weeklys so it's all good ))... X
